2 cloves of Garlic |
12 leaves Mint, finely chopped |
Peper and Salt |
2 Cucumbers, peeled, stripped of seeds and in thin slices |
2 potjes Bulgarian Yogurt (120g) |
2 Porks fillets (+/- 300g elk) |
4 el 'Baharat spicy dressing and marinade' Al Fèz (Delhaize) |

Pork tenderloin the Lebanese way Aanwijzingen
- Put the garlic and mint in a bowl.
- Mix with pepper and salt.
- Add the cucumber and yogurt.
- Mix gently.
- Put cool.
- Brush the meat with the marinade. Let the meat marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat the grill or BBQ.
- Pat the meat dry and rich with some olive oil.
- Roast the fillets. +/- 6 minutes on each side.
- Cut them into thin slices and arrange them on a plate with the cucumber salad.
