3 Leek |
800 g Bacon, salted from the butcher |
1 Egg |
1 cube Butter |
1 splash(es) Milk |
Pepper, Salt and Nutmeg |

Leek stew with bacon Aanwijzingen
- Boil the potatoes.
- Stew the leek. You can also cook it with the potatoes, but I like it better when it is stewed and sautéed here and there.
- Fry the bacon.
- Mash the potatoes with milk, egg and butter. Season with salt, pepper and cloves.
- Stir in the leeks.
- Serve with bacon and Belgian pickles.
